We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unhappy with a size or design?
If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size or design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received the wrong item or the item was defective or damaged, obviously you won't incur any additional shipping charges but we will need your help getting the items returned to us.
For US Customers - We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mailman pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
For International Customers - You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or canned drinks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for certain categories of items such as underwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in most cases. Payments made with a cryptocurrency can only be refunded as a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
